Our
Story
Berlina Projects was established in Sydney in 1993 by a father and his two sons. Over three decades, the company has grown from a residential builder in the Sydney metropolitan area into a multi-sector construction business recognised for quality, precision, and lasting relationships.
Today, Berlina delivers high-end architectural residential projects across NSW, alongside a range of government, community, and specialised works. The business remains family-owned and family-led, with many of our team holding tenures of twenty years or more.

You can never underestimate the enormous influence that loyalty brings to bear. Our vision is straightforward: to be recognised as one of Sydney's most trusted and capable boutique builders.
That recognition is built through how we work, in close collaboration with clients, architects, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. We invest in these relationships because they produce better buildings. A significant proportion of our work comes through repeat clients and close referrals, a reflection of the trust we've earned over more than thirty years.

We are ISO-certified across Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management. We hold current memberships with the Master Builders Association and HIA. Most importantly, the majority of our work is generated through repeat clients and referrals, which tells you everything you need to know.
