Our Process
Depending on the extent of our services required on the project, our process is fairly simple, and its centred on continual and ongoing communication, from pre-planning and construction, right through to final completion and handover. Although each project differs from the next, in brief:
Tender Stage
Contact us to discuss your project. If it aligns with our capability and capacity, we provide a detailed and tailored fee proposal.

Pre-Commencement & Project Planning
Once the necessary documentation and approvals are in place, we focus on mobilising, planning construction works, and establishing initial sequencing. Depending on the extent of our engagement, preliminary collaboration with the client, architects, and stakeholders, and assistance with obtaining relevant approvals.

Construction and Building Phase
Once building approvals are in place, we bring the project to life with the commencement of onsite works. We manage all aspects of the construction phase with a focus on collaboration, quality, and communication throughout.
3.
Completion and Handover
As the project nears completion, we manage all aspects of the finalisation and handover process. Our care for the project and the client continues well beyond handover, with ongoing long-term support available.
